We've been deal-hunting on graphics cards for many years now, so we're well-placed to assess the Prime Day deals that are actually worth your time, and those that have been inflated to look better than they are. We haven't stuck to Amazon for this guide, often the best offers are from elsewhere during this sales event so we've checked out the whole web in our quest to bring you a bargain.
Though it's not always easy to save loads on GPUs, they are some of the priciest kit you'll ever invest in so managing to grab a deal could be key in deciding which one to go for. You may not see deals on brand new models, but you'll definitely be able to save on a previous-gen graphics card - and we've already found some record-low prices. Our best graphics card roundup will help you choose, and if you're looking for deals outside of graphics cards, go scour our Apple Prime Day hub.
We've split this list into three categories: high-end, mid-range and budget graphics cards (use the links to the left to jump around). We've classed anything high-end as above $650/£600, mid-range as around $450/£400 and budget as below $300/£250.

All you need to know
Will there be graphics cards deals in the Amazon Prime Day sale?
There are usually at least a handful of very decent Prime Day graphics cards deals. Last year's July event saw a spread of noteworthy deals – especially on Nvidia cards – and the subsequent Early Access event followed suit (though they were not as plentiful).
It's worth noting that these deals aren't usually on the newest models, but you can still pick up a very decent card with a considerable discount – so even if you can't get the newest model, you should still be pleased.
How do we choose the best Prime Day graphics cards deals?
We use a combination of our expertise and our detective skills to find the deals actually worth your while. First of all, we scour the web to see what's available and then, when we find GPUs we like (with excellent reputations and reviews), we do a deep dive into the price history. This way we can report on the offers in the context of previous sales against the RRP.
Is Prime free during the Prime Day sale?
Access to the benefits of Amazon Prime, including members-only discounts, requires a Prime subscription, but you can access deals in the Prime Early Access Sale for free if you're not already a Prime member. You can do that be signing up for a 30-day free Amazon Prime trial. The sale is less than a month away, you can sign up now to use your trial Prime membership to access any deals, and you can always cancel afterwards if you don't want the other benefits.
What Amazon Prime Day graphics card deals should I look for?
During Prime Day last year, most of the Prime Day graphics cards deals that we saw were on Nvidia products, especially on Gigabyte, Asus ROG and EVGA versions of Nvidia's graphics cards. Those would be the products we most expect to see reduced in any Prime Day graphics cards deals, though there's always a chance we may see some AMD graphics cards reduced too. We'll link to the best current deals below, and we'll be updating these regularly as the sale approaches.
